Here at Worth, we want to help you deliver great products. To help you do that, here's two checklists that we made for Design Sprints and Lightning Decision Jams that we don’t want to keep to ourselves!
See into the future and bring your meetings back to life with our handy checklist!
The Design Sprint is a four day process during which you explore your challenges, create solutions, decide on the one you want to test, create a prototype and test with real users. You can read more about them here.
Our basic approach to this is to side-step all the debating, politics, lead times, waffling and cost that often accompany the product development process. The sprint uses high impact activities designed to encourage teams to pool their resources and knowledge and tackle daunting problems quickly.
The checklist we’ve created gives you everything you need to run your own Design Sprint, whether you’re validating a new business idea or tackling recurring problems with your existing product.
Download the checklist here.
By the end of the sprint, you’ll know whether you have a basically sound idea to move forward with, or whether you need to go back to the drawing board. All of this in just four days!

Meetings. Do you like them?
Power dynamics. Politics. Egos. Indecision. Ever had meetings about meetings?
Well, no more my friend, thanks to the Lightning Decision Jam (LDJ)!
In under two hours, you can take a group of people who have never even met before and get them to select a specific problem, zero in on a single solution and produce actionable next steps for them to take away.
Our checklist guides you through the LDJ, step by step, so that you too can start actually getting things done.
Once you try it, we’re sure that the LDJ will be your new favourite way to run meetings with no waffle and no egos - just solid, actionable outcomes.
These checklists are just two of the design and decision-related activities that we run with our clients to help them create better products. We hope you get as much out of them as we have done.
