Research & Science
Democratising Dutch decision-making.
The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) hosted a national initiative to involve the public in the Dutch Research Agenda for the next ten years. To support this initiative, the solution WORTH built, from concept to its live launch on national television, ensured that 7,500 people were able to submit over 11,700 suggestions via a navigable digital platform. For this reason, robustness and usability were critical, and although traffic reached peak levels, WORTH received less than twenty support requests.
Prof. dr. Alexander H.G. Rinnooy Kan, Chairman of the National Science Agenda
